PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching device which can be delivered by adjusting fluctuations of switching operation arising by the fluctuations of components or the like, and does not require a complicated monitoring circuit, can be manufactured at low cost, and has a very stable switching performance. SOLUTION: The delay time setting means 12b provided at the signal processing circuit 12 is equipped with an adjusting means 15 for adjusting the delay time so that the time difference between the timing of the prescribed voltage in the vicinity of zero cross point of an AC power supply for load 4 which opens/closes the contact portion 11b of a relay part 11 and the timing of opening/closing operation of the contact portion 11b may be within a prescribed range.
