PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a radiation image transformation panel of excellent brightness excellent in adhesiveness (bonding property) between a photostimulable phosphor and a support body, the radiation image transformation panel obtained by the manufacturing method, and a vapor deposition device. SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method for the radiation image transformation panel wherein a photostimulable phosphor layer on the support body is formed by a vapor deposition method (vapor phase deposition method), a magnetic material or a layer having the magnetic material is provided between a support holder for fixation-installing the support body, and the photostimulable phosphor layer.
