PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve and stabilize parts supplying efficiency of a parts supply device. SOLUTION: This parts supply device 100 is provided with a parts housing part capable of housing multiple parts, a rotor 103 provided with a peripheral part facing to the parts housing part and having a vertical groove 103a, which is extended in a rotating direction and which can house at least a part of the parts, in the peripheral part thereof and provided with a holding part for sucking the parts for holding inside the vertical groove at the predetermined angle position, and an elastic member 106 structuring at least a part of the inner surface of the parts housing part and arranged possible to be elastically deformed in an attitude capable of pushing the parts toward the peripheral part of the rotor.
