PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire wherein a boundary between a non-conductive rubber and a high conductive rubber does not exist on a grounding surface of a tread part, and thereby partial abrasion can be restrained, and a structure for supplying electric power to a road surface can be easily formed. SOLUTION: In the pneumatic tire equipped with a pair of annular bead parts 1, a side wall part 2 extending to respective tire outer peripheral sides from the bead parts 1, and the tread part 4 connecting respective outer peripheral side ends of the side wall part 2 through a shoulder part 3, the non-conductive rubber is arranged at least on a whole of a tread TS of the tread part 4, a high conductive rubber layer 10 extending to the tread TS is provided on the side wall part 2, and a ridge 11 capable of grounding at the time of turning of a vehicle is provided near the tire outer peripheral end of the high conductive rubber layer 10.
