FLOORING MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flooring material which has a skin material of bamboo or rattan and can prevent warpage by moisture or a volatile component contained in an adhesive. SOLUTION: The flooring material is composed of a skin member in which slender skin pieces of bamboo or rattan are arranged in parallel and a substrate set on the bottom surface of the skin member. Ditches are formed in the bottom surface of the flooring material to be perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the arranged skin pieces. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
