PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch-release bearing capable of ensuring sealing property by preventing slide for an outer ring of an anti-diaphragm spring side sealing member. SOLUTION: The anti-diaphragm spring side sealing member 16 is composed of a core metal unit 24 and an elastic seal 25. The core metal unit 24 has an elastically deformable fitting part 24c fitted into a cylindrical part 11a of the outer ring 11. The elastic seal 25 has a protruding part 25c protruding outward in the axial direction more than the core metal unit 24. The fitting part 24c of the core metal unit 24 is fitted into an annular channel 26 provided in the cylindrical part 11a of the outer ring 11.
