The device has a logical regulating unit (108) with a set of sensors (109a, 109b), and an environmental data control unit (110) for collecting environment data using another set of sensors (111a, 11b). An environmental rule unit (150) has a third set of sensors that detect opening/closing of a door and differential pressure. The unit (150) processes the collected data and condition characteristics parameters of air in the environment.
