<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing device capable of maintaining bearing performance in a satisfactory condition for a long time. <P>SOLUTION: A hub unit 100 is the bearing device provided with an outer ring member 11, a hub 13 being an inner ring member capable of rotating relatively for the outer ring member 11 through balls 17 being a plurality of rolling bodies, and a sealing device 19 like a circular ring fixed to the outer ring member 11 in an outer side part in the axial direction of the outer ring member 11 and sealing a clearance between the outer ring member 11 and the hub 13. The hub 13 has a collar-like flange part 13b widened on an outer side in the radial direction more than outside diameter of the outer side part of the outer ring member 11. The sealing device 19 has a contact type sealing member 23 being a first sealing part for coming into slide-contact with an outer peripheral face of the hub 13 and/or an inner side face of the flange part 13b continuous with the outer peripheral face and a non-contact type sealing member 25 being a second sealing part for sealing between the inner side face of the flange part 13b and it on an outer side in the radial direction more than outside diameter in the outer side part of the outer ring member 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
