<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide aqueous ink which makes even a small quantity of ink droplets of pigment ink have a sufficiently large area factor, which can bring about an image with high OD (image density), and which has excellent long storage stability; and to provide a recording image forming method which can form the image with high image density even if a multicolor is formed by using at least two kinds of aqueous ink with different water-soluble organic-solvent compositions. <P>SOLUTION: In this recording image forming method for forming the multicolor image by using at least two kinds of aqueous ink containing water, a water-insoluble color material, and a water-soluble organic solvent of at least one kind of good solvent and at least one kind of poor solvent for the water-insoluble color material, the mass ratio B/A of the good solvent/the poor solvent contained in the aqueous ink is set to be in the range of 0.5-3.0, and the aqueous ink with the high content of the poor solvent is made to adhere onto a recording medium relatively in advance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
