<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to introduce a firm suitable to take charge of client's wished construction to the client, and to carry out a remodeling work as client's wish. <P>SOLUTION: Construction firm addresses, speciality work units, past records, etc. are registered in a database of an introduction server 1 beforehand. When a client wishing remodeling inputs an address and contents of construction, the introduction server selects a relevant firm out of a plurality of registration firms and bid nomination is transmitted to a firm side computer 3. If a firm submits a tender, the firm is introduced to the client. Mismatch between the client and the firm decreases markedly and the remodeling execution as the client wished is attained.
