<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colored photosensitive composition which produces a small amount of nitrogen gas during storage. <P>SOLUTION: The colored photosensitive composition comprises at least one compound selected from the group consisting of a dicarboxylic acid, a compound having hydroxyl and carboxyl groups and an acid anhydride, a dye represented by formula (I), a photosensitizing agent, a curing agent and a solvent. In the formula (I), M represents at least one metal atom selected from the group consisting of chromium, cobalt, nickel, copper and iron; A represents a benzene ring residue in which hydrogen atoms on the benzene ring may be substituted or a naphthalene ring residue in which hydrogen atoms on the naphthalene ring may be substituted; E represents a benzene ring residue in which hydrogen atoms on the benzene ring may be substituted, a naphthalene ring residue in which hydrogen atoms on the naphthalene ring may be substituted, or a pyrazolone ring residue in which hydrogen atoms on the pyrazolone ring may be substituted; and X and X' each independently represents -O- or -COO-. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
