PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emission type alarm display implement for preventing a traffic accident during walking at night or the like by constituting the implement in such a manner that a linking ring 5 can be easily supported to a mounting object. SOLUTION: The light emission type alarm display implement 1 is constituted to turnably support the linking ring 5 by pivots 21 at both ends of a belt-like display body 2 incorporating a light emitting device 4 and the direction P of a center line 19 P for connecting openings 19 prepared in both ends of the linking ring 5 can be changed to a plurality of directions among the respective directions orthogonal to the turning center line 5a of the linking ring 5 according to the turning operation of the linking ring 5 with respect to the display body 2. In the linking ring 5, a separable section 22 is provided between inner peripheral edges 19a of both openings 19 at the peripheral wall 20 prepared between both the ends and both connecting parts are provided to attachably and detachably link both cut edges facing each other in the separable section 22. According to the invention, the direction P of the center line 19 P of the linking ring 5 can be changed according to the form of the attaching object.
