PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information which is the closest to the destination available within a last train time. SOLUTION: A user information registration processing part 42a calculates the latitude and longitude of an address from received user information, and registers the calculated latitude and longitude of the address and the user input information in a personal information database 43a. Then, a nearest station route retrieval processing part 42b receives the location information from portable terminal equipment 20, and detects the nearest in-time departure station and in-time arrival station which are available within a last train time by using the location information, personal information database 43a, station information database 43b and station route retrieving part 42c, and notifies a portable terminal equipment 20 to be used by the user of the detected in-time departure station and in-time arrival station.
