PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a broadcast receiving mobile terminal of a portable type or on-vehicle type improved in convenience. SOLUTION: A broadcast receiving mobile terminal 2 transmits program specification information and a video recording command from a PHS(R) data card 4 to a home digital broadcast receiver. The home broadcast receiver performs program receiving processing and starts video recording processing. Furthermore, the terminal 2 generates change point time information of a receivable state and a non-receivable state for a program under receiving, and transmits the generated information to the home broadcast receiver. The home broadcast receiver records the video recording commanded program on a hard disk together with time information. When reproducing the video recording commanded program, the change point time information is compared with the recorded time information and only a time range indicated by the change point time information is reproduced to output video and audio.
