PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation crime prevention monitoring system, which performs communication between an object to be monitored and a monitoring center by using an existing line, and also outputs information obtained from the object to the monitoring center. SOLUTION: The operation crime prevention monitoring system 10 comprises an information input means comprising at least one of a camera 14 or a voice microphone 16 for the object to be monitored. Also, a terminal 18 mounted with a picture phone function, which performs two-way communication with the monitoring center 26 by using a public line 24, is connected with the information input means, and an output means 32 for the information acquired by the information input means in the monitoring center 26 is arranged in this configuration.
