PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply suppress a large torque fluctuation possible when a servomotor is stopped. SOLUTION: When a stop command for a servomotor to be stopped is generated, a speed command at the time is stored as a stop command time speed command in a speed command storage means 5. For a predetermined subsequent time counted by a predetermined time counting means 7, constant speed control is executed according to the stop command time speed command. Deceleration control is next executed according to a deceleration command for gradual deceleration computed by a deceleration command computing means 9. The deceleration control according to the deceleration command following the constant speed control according to the stop command time speed command for the predetermined time can reduce torque fluctuation at the stop.
