PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite sheet having a stable conductor film without delamination or defective continuity, and to provide a manufacturing method of the composite sheet and its manufacturing method of laminating parts. SOLUTION: A composite sheet A is constituted such that a conductor 3 of almost the same thickness as that of a photocuring ceramic layer 1 may be embedded in the photocuring ceramic layer 1 containing at least a ceramic material and a photocuring system, in such a way that the conductor 3 may be exposed.
