PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve feeding force without sending paper sheets in a double feed state by rotating a second feeding roller with rotation tangential force smaller than that of a first feeding roller. SOLUTION: The paper sheet feeding device comprises a pay-out portion B composed of floor belts 2a, 2b transporting laminated paper sheets 1 in a laminating direction thereof; a first pay-out roller 3 feeding the paper sheets in a direction intersecting a transporting direction by rotating while contacting with transporting direction tip end surfaces of the laminated paper sheets 1 transported by the floor belts 2a, 2b, and rotating with first rotation tangential force; and a second pay-out roller 30 positioned on the upstream side in a paper sheet feeding direction of the first pay-out roller 3, and rotating with the second rotation tangential force smaller than the first rotation tangential force.
