PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cup type article supplying device of compact and simple structure for housing and carrying a certain quantity of small articles and for delivering them at the predetermined position. SOLUTION: Multiple cups 20 are fitted to an endless chain 13 with an equal interval. Hoppers 27 are provided along a route for moving the cups upward. The hopper 27 has a main body 27 tapered downward and a cylindrical part 27b formed under the main body and opened in an upper and a lower ends thereof, and multiple articles thrown from the upper opening part of the main body naturally fall to the cylindrical part. Inner shape of the cylindrical part is formed corresponding to the maximum outline of the cup, and the cup moving upward passes through inside the cylindrical part, and while at least one cup seals a lower part of the cylindrical part. With this structure, the small article supplied into the hopper reaches the cylindrical part, and housed in the cup, and a fall thereof from the lower opening part is restricted. A cup turn-over mechanism for turning over the cup is provided on a lower end side of the cup moving route, and the cup is rotated at 180 degree for turn-over, and the small article inside the cup is thereby delivered.
