PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein wiping residual part is generated on 10-20% of the whole window surface since a conventional wiper mechanism used for a window panel of an automobile, a heavy industrial machine, a train, a vessel or the like is operated at a track of fan shape. SOLUTION: A wire connected to motive force is attached to a peripheral part of a window frame of a window panel and is interlocked with an expandable/contractable wiper blade, thereby, wiping action is performed. Thereby, the track of action of the wiper is moved in parallel while performing expandable/contractable motion to left and right sides and the approximately whole surface of the window panel can be wiped out. Further, two or more of wiper blades or a member for supporting them are combined so as to slide in a linear direction and are connected by a spring and the wiper blade can perform sliding and expanding/contracting by applying tension.
