The head has an air supply hose with a horizontal opening (11) which is connected with an axial opening (12). An air passage and a nozzle are provided in the opening (11). An end of the hose is provided with an opening (131) for admission of balls (133). A guide ring is provided at a periphery of the opening (131) which is connected to the air passage. A crossed groove and a fluid conduit are provided at two ends of the air passage.
