<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing unit for an information processing terminal device enabled to exchange a rolled paper with few opening operation in a small open space and facilitated in workability such as opening/closing workability and setting of printing paper sheets. <P>SOLUTION: This printing unit is provided with a turning frame 12 for holding a printing mechanism part 55 provided in a front surface, a lock part 16 for regulating turn of the turning frame 12, and a release lever 13 for releasing lock. The rolled paper 60 can be exchanged from a front side by turning a front opening part 11 outside to open the front, and exposing the printing mechanism part 55 on a front side thereof. In the lock part 16, a fixing pin 18 is engaged with a cut groove 17 provided in a lower end of the turning frame 12 to lock the turning frame 12, and lock is released by turning the release lever 13 and moving the turning frame 12 upward to release the fixing pin 18 from the cut groove 17.
