<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a model capable of ensuring a payment in Internet shopping to make a series of transactions of commodity selection→payment→service providing seamless. <P>SOLUTION: A system in which a bank or credit card company plays a main role in payment and reports the payment to a WEB shop by itself is constructed. Consequently, the WEB shop side can determine that the payment is surely made, and immediately decide and execute providing of a service. By adding this work, a series of transactions of commodity selection→payment→service providing which are performed among the WEB shop, a customer, and a payment institute can be made seamless.
