<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize transfer of merits, for example, a surplus CPU power generated by centralized management of a plurality of PCs, to the other purposes and sharing of hard disk recording data. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of computer units 1a to 1d are collectively set not in each use place but in a computer centralized operation center system 1. In a center side, not only the maintenance management of those respective computer units 1a to 1d but also the distribution of the recording regions of a shared storage device (shared disk) 1e, the provision of commercial data via the shared storage device (shared disk) 1e, and the transfer of the surplus CPU power of those respective computer units 1a to 1d to the other applications or the like are carried out.
