<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a security system for defence regional children in community matter. <P>SOLUTION: Thissecurity system is provided with a center device 1 for receiving transmission from a portable unit 2a having a position measuring function and an emergency transmitting function owned by a person to be rescued, and for transmitting an emergency communication mail to request rescue. The sensor device is provided with a longitude/latitude address converting means for converting the location information transmitted from the portable unit into character information showing the address (community), an address registration table in which the mail addresses of neighboring residents and the addresses of the neighboring residents are stored so as to be associated with each other, a rescuee registration table in which information to specify the portable unit and the personal information of the person to be rescued are stored so as to be associated with each other and a neighborhood setting table in which neighborhood communities to which an emergency mail is simultaneously transmitted are stored. When the emergency transmission is received from the person to be rescued specified according to information to specify the portable unit, the emergency mail which includes character information showing the address corresponding to the location information transmitted from the portable unit, and which does not include any image information is prepared to the destination of the neighboring resident corresponding to the address. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
