RADIO BASE STATION APPARATUS, RADIO CONTROL SYSTEM, AND OPERATION CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio base station apparatus which is capable of switching an IP transmission line in the case of a fault in the IP transmission line without interrupting a voice and disconnecting a call when the fault occurs.

SOLUTION: A radio base station apparatus 2 comprises a call processing control section for transferring a signaling control signal, transmitting a fault detection packet to a plurality of transmission lines 5 connected to a radio control device and detecting faults of the transmission lines 5; a baseband signal processing section for transferring a user data control signal; a channel management table storing a channel opened at present and a transmission line that the channel utilizes in association with each other; and a channel management control section for receiving information indicating states of the transmission lines from the call processing control section in response to the detection of a fault in the transmission line 5 due to the call processing control section, switching the channel opened at present to a transmission line 5 where no fault is detected, and notifying an address relating to the transmission line 5 after switching to the call processing control section and the baseband signal processing section.
