RESIN COMPOSITION AND LAMINATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition containing a carboxylic acid-modified polyolefin resin to which non-electrostaticity is imparted without impairing high adhesive performance inherent in the resin and also capable of co-extrusion with a base film resin, and to provide a laminate excellent in non-electrostaticity and interlaminar adhesion with the above resin composition as adhesive layer. SOLUTION: The resin composition comprises 95-60 mass% of (A) a polyolefin resin modified with an unsaturated carboxylic acid or its anhydride and 5-40 mass% of (B) a potassium ionomer of an ethylene-unsaturated carboxylic acid copolymer. The laminate is such that the resin composition serves as an adhesive layer and both sides of the adhesive layer are provided with thermoplastic resin layers respectively. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
