PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drug for suppressing allergic symptoms occurring in the eyes or nose. SOLUTION: The drug containing a compound A1 or a precursor A0 and for suppressing an allergic reaction occurring in the eyes or nose down to 0-95% of the case without contact with the drug, by making the A1 or an A2 containing the precursor A0 of the compound A1 for suppressing the allergic reaction endermically permeate into the cells from the surface of the skin, by bringing them into contact with the outer surface of the eyelids when the allergic reaction occurs inside the lids of the eyes of a mammal, and by bringing the compound A1 or the medicine A2 containing the precursor A0 of the compound A1 for suppressing the allergic reaction into contact with the outer surface of the nose when the allergic reaction occurs inside the nose.
