PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer type composition which comes to a multilayer structure in which the boundary between an aqueous layer and its upper layer of a powder dispersion layer is clearly layer-separated on standing, excels in the redispersibility of the powder on shaking, and has a good effect of adsorption on sebum and a good touch on application. SOLUTION: The multilayer type composition has an aqueous layer formed of two or more layers, and the uppermost layer of the aqueous layer is formed of a powder dispersion layer, and the powder dispersion layer comprises at least (a) a hollow resin powder having a true specific gravity of 0.01-0.9 in a dry state and (b) a polymethylsesquioxane-coated and crosslinked type silicone elastomer powder.
