PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an inexpensive piling work machine and a piling fixture for driving a long pile and drilling a piling hole accurately by using a widely-used jumbo and a back hoe. SOLUTION: The piling work machine comprises a work machine body provided with a boom like the jumbo or the back hoe, an inverted-L-letter-shaped arm fitted to a front end of a boom of the work machine body or to a front end of a bucket arm fitted to the front end of the boom, in a manner rotatable in a vertical direction, and a motor fitted to the front end of the inverted-L-letter-shaped arm.
