PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome the following problem of a conventional soil hardener injecting method: conventionally at the time of injection of a hardener, a pair of nozzles are provided for an injection rod such that their injection ports are arranged back to back in order to achieve extension etc. of an arrival distance of a hardener jet, and the discharge pressure and discharge amount from both the nozzles are set to almost the same values; but jetting of the hardener from both the nozzles in the same amount in mutually opposed directions cannot improve an agitation effect by rotation of the rod. SOLUTION: There is provided a new soil hardener injecting method which is carried out by using the rod having a pair of steppedly overlapping jet nozzles 2, 3 arranged on a side wall at the tip thereof back to back. The nozzles 2, 3 are set so as to discharge the ground hardener in imbalanced quantities, and to improve the agitation effect by achieving a balance between a clear water jet quantity discharged from a clear water jet nozzle 4 arranged at an upper location of the small quantity jet nozzles.
