PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building always requiring cleanliness such as a room, a hospital and an aged person caring facility contacting with a toilet room, a toilet and a bathroom; and a sanitary floor material also serving as a baseboard hardly accumulating dust in an end joint rising on a wall surface from a floor surface for hardly infiltrating and easily cleaning when using water and when a pet leaks feces and urine. SOLUTION: This floor material is formed by sticking a decorative sheet to a wood flour including thermoplastic resin base material layer of forming a groove unreachable to the decorative sheet in the length direction and the width direction over the whole reverse surface with turning-over fitting on the four sides. The floor material 13 also serving as the baseboard is formed by placing the parting edge 11 inclined in the ground surface direction from the horizontal direction on an end surface of the floor material raised along a wall surface 10 by raising the floor material along the wall surface 10.
