PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight and inexpensive wall panel superior in structural strength; its installation structure; and a building having this structure. SOLUTION: This wall panel 1 is composed of an incombustible inorganic plate body 2 and metallic plates 3 and 4 stuck and laminated in a state of covering one surface, the other surface and an end surface of this incombustible inorganic plate body 2.
