PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a function from deteriorating due to rust of a belleville spring, by preventing an end of the belleville spring from wearing out, without the use of oil. SOLUTION: This ground anchor is equipped with: a tendon 2, one end of which is anchored to a ground 40 and the other end of which is exposed from a ground surface 43; an anchorage device 7 which is provided between the other end of the tendon 2 and the ground surface 43 so as to hold the tendon in a tensioned state; and the belleville spring 19 which is provided in the anchorage device 7 so as to transfer a tensile force of the tendon 2 to the side of the ground surface 43 and absorb a fluctuation in the tensile force of the tendon 2, caused by a displacement of the ground 40. Covers 27 and 34 for covering a part, coming into contact with the anchorage device 7, of the belleville spring 19 are provided between the anchorage device 7 and the belleville spring 19, so as to prevent the abrasion of the part, coming into contact with the anchorage device 7, of the belleville spring 19.
