PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to enable anyone to easily and cleanly remove a used adhering tape without generating warpage at the distal end of an unused part in an adhering roll for cleaning. SOLUTION: Cut lines 5, 6 forming a waveform curve of a substantial L-shape, or a substantial S-shape, or an arc-shape by which force directed toward cut lines 4, 14 adjacent to the each cut 4, 14 in a downstream side in a tape removing out direction Y acts to each cut 4, 14 when removing and cutting out the adhering tapes 1, 11 are intermittently formed in a widthwise direction (a axial direction) of the adhering roll R.
