PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve impact resistance, vibration resistance and waterproofness corresponding to using conditions. SOLUTION: An impact absorbing member 52 is respectively attached to the respective sides of the side face of a case body 32 and is composed of a strength member 55 on the inner side and an elastic member 56 on the outer side. In the case of receiving external force F on the side face of the casing 32 by falling or the like, when the external force F is relatively small, the elastic member 56 is deformed as indicated by a double dotted chain line and absorbs the energy of an impact and respective components inside the case body 32 are protected. Since the deformation of the elastic member 56 is elastic deformation, when the external force F is eliminated, it is restored to an original shape. When the external force F is relatively large, the energy of the impact can not be absorbed just by the deformation of the elastic member 56, the deformation is transmitted to the strength member 55, an outer wall 57 on the outer side is deformed as indicated by a chain line and the energy of the impact is absorbed.
