PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple function at a low cost, performing, with an easily mountable and dismountable means, preservation of arranged flowers, automatic refilling of flesh water, and the like. SOLUTION: A double straw pipe 2 is inserted in a ampoule-like container 1 for holding refill water, the water level is fixed by inserting the straw pipe 2 into the bottom of a flowerpot from the side of an arranged flower in the flowerpot, and the ampoule-like container is stood in the flowerpot to be stably held independently. Refill water is automatically supplied in water at any time by siphon effect. And when stopped the use in or out of the water, the straw pipe 2 is inserted upto the depth in the container 1 and until reaching an air chamber, further water supply is not performed in the straw pipe 2, thereby, as the nozzle of the container 1 has a narrow air inlet, so that surface tension works and water in the container 1 does not slop out from the container 1.
