PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine mounting structure for farm machines that permits a mowing machine equipped with a four stroke cycle engine to smoothly work as the lubricating oil is sufficiently fed to the engine even on inclined areas, for example, a slope face and provide farm machines equipped with the engine mounting structure. SOLUTION: A mowing machine K is equipped with the mowing machine main body 1 and a handlebar 5. The mowing machine main body 1 has a cover 10 formed with metal plate. A cutter is set to the lower part of the cover 10. On the upper part of cover 10, are attached an engine 2, a clutch box 3 and a transmission box 4 or the like.
