PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intership communication system for a fishing fleet to share operational information in multiple fishing boats in the fishing fleet preventing the leak of the information to other fishing fleets and realize efficient fishing operation based on the shared information without necessitating the presence of an experienced fisherman. SOLUTION: A net-fishing boat 10, fish finder boats 20a, 20b and transport boats 40a, 40b are furnished with information processing devices 11, 21, 41 and radio routers 12, 22, 42. The operational information including the fish detection results obtained by a fish finder 24 is mutually communicated by the information processing devices 11, 21 and 41 of the net-fishing boat 10, fish finder boats 20a, 20b and transport boats 40a, 40b through the radio routers 12, 22 and 42 and a mobile communication network 100 while keeping the confidentiality. The information processing device 11 of the net-fishing boat 10 commands and controls the operation of the fleet of round haul netters through the radio router 12 and the mobile communication network 100 based on the transmitted information.
