A safety walking device for hard slippery surfaces, said device will fi nd use particularly in the winter, example; freezing rain, icy side walks, also ideal for off road walking, said device including sole with a flexible portion, which further joined a front and a back base, the bottom perimeter of said base is equipped with rigid link spikes, which further interlocks for safety when not in use, the upper perimeter equipped with safety link barriers to prevent slipping and twisting, straps are attached unto the safety burners f or the donning process, in another method, a strapless system can be used, example; a machanical locking system. The safety ice walking device is convenient, safe, sturdy and capable of preventing many accidents onto slippery surfaces.
