<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved and simplified cartridge. <P>SOLUTION: A fixed plate (10) that can be turned between the two stopper positions is arranged at the upper end of one of the chambers (1; 2). At the first stopper position, the fixed plate (10) is arranged at both plugs (5;6) and/or the surface not facing toward the chambers (1;2) of collars of a mixing chamber (9)both plugs (5;6) and/or a mixing chamber (9). With this arrangement, releasing of the plugs (5;6) and/or the mixing chamber (9) from a flowing-out opening is prevented.
