LAMINATED PIEZOELECTRIC ELEMENT, ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD, AND INJECTION DEVICE USING IT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated piezoelectric element excellent in desired amount of displacement and durability even when it is continuously driven for a long period of time under a high voltage and high pressure, and also, to provide its manufacturing method and an injection device using it.

SOLUTION: The laminated piezoelectric element has a laminated body composed by alternately laminating at least one piezoelectric body 1 and a plurality of electrode layers 2 so that the electrode layers 2 sandwich the piezoelectric body 1 in-between and partially face each other. The laminated piezoelectric element is provided with a pair of external electrodes 4 for impressing a voltage between the electrode layers 2 on the side face of the laminated body. A void penetrating the electrode layers 2 in the lamination direction of the laminated body is provided.
