<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vertical pumping liquid spray container with a sealing device. <P>SOLUTION: A cylinder 5 is suspended in a container body by a fitting cylinder 4 fitted to a neck part of the container body 1, the liquid in the container body is sucked by the vertical motion of a working member 6 which is upwardly urged from the cylinder and erected, and ejected from a nozzle 9 of a head 7 at an upper end of the working member. An extended circumferential wall 3a is erected from the fitting cylinder, a head circumferential wall 7a is suspended from the head, and a lower part of the heat circumferential wall is located on an upper part in the extensional circumferential wall in a container. A large diameter cylindrical part 22 is fitted to an outer face of the extended circumferential wall 3a of the fitting cylinder, a small-diameter cylindrical part 23 fitted to an outer face of the head circumferential wall 7a via a breaking weakened line 25 at an inner end of an inward flange protruded from an upper end of the large-diameter cylindrical part is suspended. A plurality of elastic inverted piercing pieces 26 are attached to an inner face of a lower end of the small-diameter cylindrical part.
