<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new floor plan selection system by which even a person with no expert knowledge of a multiple dwelling house can easily select a floor plan that he or she likes. <P>SOLUTION: The floor plan selection system for a multiple dwelling house comprises a database 1 that stores data of a house floor plan, etc., a server device 2 that manages the database 1, and a terminal device 4 that can be connected to the server device 2 through a communication network 3. By inputting information on dwellers (a family structure) and information on living (a lifestyle) from the terminal device, the system extracts the house floor plan that matches the conditions inputted with priority put on the information on living, from the database, and displays it on the terminal device. The information on living is accumulated in the database in a form of a survey by questionnaire on a mode of living, and is associated with the house floor plan.
