PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a channel information management system that allows many dealers to participate and consumers to view channel information easily.

SOLUTION: A channel information management server 100 for managing distribution channels of merchandise comprises: a channel information DB part 140 for storing channel information having a merchandise ID, dealer information identifying dealers who handle the merchandise, the dates/times of merchandise handling by the dealers, and handling information indicating how the dealers have handled the merchandise or index information for calling the handling information; and a distribution history creation program 120 for, when receiving information inquiring the distribution history of merchandise including a merchandise ID from a terminal device via a network, searching the channel information DB part 140 for one or more pieces of channel information about the merchandise, creating a distribution history with the channel information rearranged in time series according to the merchandise handling date/time, and sending the distribution history to the terminal device.
