PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, using a gas sensor structure for preventing condensation from generating and measuring one or both of the existence and concentration of a measured object, and to provide its gas sensor structure. SOLUTION: The gas sensor structure (100) is provided with a radiation source (102) for emitting radiation (116), a gas measurement chamber (104) filled with a test gas (110) containing at least one measured object, and at least one detector (108) for generating an output signal as a function of the existence and concentration of the measured object. In the chamber (104), a wall (118) of the gas measurement chamber (104) is heated to a temperature higher than the dew point of the test gas (110) so as to reduce adverse effects due to the condensation in the gas measurement chamber (104), before a measuring process.
