PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moment center position estimation device capable of estimating the center position of a yawing moment of a vehicle in real time and of improving attitude control precision of the vehicle during travel and to provide a vehicle with this device and a moment center position estimation method. SOLUTION: This moment center position estimation device estimating the center position of a yawing moment of a vehicle, which has a plurality of wheels and a suspension device varying the length of shock absorbing members in compliance with a load applied to the wheels, is provided with a detection means detecting a length fluctuation amount of each shock absorbing member, a load estimation means estimating a load applied to each wheel based on the detected fluctuation amount, and a center position calculation means calculating the center position of the yawing moment based on the estimated load.
