PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the waterproof structure of an electronic equipment case having no possibility of water leak at a low manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: In the waterproof structure where a trench 2a is provided in an elastomer member 2 being press supported by one case and fitted with a rib 1a provided on the other case 1 thus making a space surrounded by both cases watertight, the trench 2a has a wedge-shaped bottom and the opposite wedge-shaped inclining surfaces of the trench 2a are compressed and deformed by two corner parts at the forward end of the rib 1a.
