PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique to realize highly reliable grounding even under a frequently vibrating environment for use. SOLUTION: The liquid crystal display device comprises a light source 160 mounted on an inside peripheral part of a liquid crystal module 100, and has a metal front face frame 110 and a metal rear face cover 120 constituting a casing of the liquid crystal module 100 and a conductive upper case 140 interposed between a liquid crystal panel 130 and a light source 160 and having a frame shape nearly identical to that of the front face frame. Vertically bent and integrally formed porous junctions (junctions 112, 143, and 123) are respectively arranged on outside edge parts of the front face frame, the upper case 140, and the rear face cover 120 in positions overlapping with one another when the liquid crystal module 100 is assembled, The junction 143 of the upper case 140 is interposed between the junction 112 of the front face frame and the junction 123 of the the rear face cover 120 so as to make them mutually joined together with a screw 190 with a length less than a frame width of the front face frame.
