PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical scanner in which the degree of freedom in mounting position can be enhanced by making miniaturization and weight reduction possible. SOLUTION: An optical scanner unit 30 of a laser radar comprises a laser diode 32 which generates a laser beam LB, a cylinder lens 33 which exists on an optical path LR of the laser beam LB generated by the laser diode 32, and an electrostatic force driving section 40 or electromagnetic force driving section 50. which moves the position where the laser beam LB enters the cylinder lens 33 movably in a direction perpendicular to the laser beam LB. As a result, the laser beam LB made incident on the cylinder lens 33 is refracted in a diversion direction at different refraction angles and an object can be scanned by the laser beam LB.
